Facility Management Services That Keep Your Site Running

Our facility management team staffs, supervises and runs the day-to-day services your office, factory or branch depends on: front desk, housekeeping, office support and security. Every person is hired, paid and replaced by us, under one contract and one monthly invoice. You set the standard; we keep the site at it.

  • One site supervisor accountable to you
  • Backup staff when someone is absent
  • Staff employed and paid by us

Managed for you

One Supervisor, One Invoice, No Staffing Headaches

Your facility team is employed by us, not by you. We recruit, verify, train and pay every person, and a named supervisor runs the site against the duty list we agree with you.

01

Hiring and induction

We recruit for each post and induct every person on your site rules before their first shift.

02

Wages and attendance

Wages, overtime and leave run through our payroll outsourcing desk, with time and attendance tracked post by post.

03

Monthly site report

Attendance, open issues and fixes in one report, with one invoice for the whole team.

Cover you can count on

What Happens When Someone Calls in Sick?

An empty reception desk or an unguarded gate costs more than a day's wage. We keep trained backup staff for the services we run, so planned leave or a sudden absence is filled by us, not chased by you.

  • Backup staff for last-minute replacements
  • Relief staff briefed on your site before they cover it
  • Emergency response team for urgent call-outs

Setting up in Bangladesh for the first time? We can staff your office from the first day, before you build an admin team of your own.

1Are the facility staff employed by you or by us?
By us. Staff we supply are on our payroll and we are their employer under the Bangladesh Labour Act. You direct the work on site; we handle contracts, wages, overtime, leave and replacements.
2What happens when a staff member is absent?
We send a trained backup and the supervisor briefs them on your site before they start.
3Do you provide security guards?
Yes, as part of a facility team or on their own. Our security and vigilance service covers guard posts, patrols and access control in more detail.
4Do you work outside Dhaka?
Yes. We staff sites in major cities across Bangladesh. Tell us your locations and we will confirm cover for each one in the quote.
5How is facility management priced?
Per post and shift, based on the number of staff, working hours and the services included. We do not publish standard rates; you receive a written quote after the site walk.
6Can we start with one service and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with one or two services, such as front desk or housekeeping, and add more once those run well. New services are added to the same contract and the same monthly invoice.
7Who supervises the staff day to day?
A named site supervisor from our team. They check work against the duty list we agree with you, log open issues and report attendance and fixes to you each month.
8Who supplies uniforms and cleaning materials?
Uniforms, ID cards, cleaning materials and consumables are not in the standard scope. They can be added on request and are quoted separately, or you can supply them yourself.
9How do we get started?
Book a site walk. We list every post, shift and duty with you, then send a staffing plan and a written quote. You sign off each stage before staffing starts.

Bangladesh Labour Rules for Outsourced Facility Staff

Read the labour rules and sources

General information for companies using outsourced facility staff in Bangladesh. It is not legal advice. Rules change, so we confirm the current position for your site before you sign.

The supplying contractor is the employer

Section 3A of the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006, added in 2013, says an agency that supplies workers to other organisations must be registered with the Government, and the workers it supplies are treated as the contractor's workers under the Act. The section names security personnel and drivers as workers. Under the Labour Rules, an outsourcing firm supplying workers to a factory applies for registration to the Inspector General of Factories.

Working hours and overtime

Normal hours for an adult worker are 8 a day (section 100) and 48 a week (section 102). Work beyond that is overtime under section 108, paid at twice the ordinary rate of basic wage and dearness allowance, with a ceiling of 10 hours a day and 60 hours a week. Rotas for guards and other shift posts are planned within these limits.

Security guards

Private security companies need a licence from the Ministry of Home Affairs, applied for through the metropolitan police, and registration with the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE). A minimum wage for the private security sector was set in 2022.

Safety committees

Workplaces with 50 or more workers must set up a safety committee under the Labour Act and the Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015.

2025 and 2026 amendments

The Bangladesh Labour (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025, gazetted on 17 November 2025, and the Bangladesh Labour (Amendment) Act, 2026, passed in April 2026, made around ninety changes to the Act. The amended definition of worker covers people employed directly or through a contractor.
