PEO Service, This services agreement is formed and entered into as of the ______________day of, 20_____by and between Payroll Bangladesh, on behalf of its situated at JCX BUsiness Tower, Block- I, BAshundhara R/A and (“Contractor”) located at ________________________________.
RECITAL:
This Agreement sets forth each party’s duties for the services indicated on Exhibit A, which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
AGREEMENTS
The parties agree as follows in consideration of the recital and other excellent and useful consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are accordingly acknowledged:
1. Contractor Responsibilities:
Fees. The Contractor shall provide the Services to the best of his ability. Contractor must pay the sum specified in Exhibit A within 30 days of the completion of the Services by check or in any other manner specified by the authority.
2. Term.
The duration of this Agreement shall be from the date of this Agreement until the Services are completed and payment is received.
This Agreement may not be terminated by any party, except that the University may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Contractor dies or becomes incapacitated.
3. Work Product Ownership
Contractor thus sells, assigns, gives, and transfers all right, title, and interest in any reports, papers, performances, or other copyrighted items created to the authority.
4. Relationship
The parties to this agreement are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed to form or suggest any joint venture, employer/employee, principal/agent, or partnership relationship between the parties PEO Service.
5. Expenses
Unless otherwise specifically stated in this Agreement, all expenditures incurred by the parties are solely the responsibility of the party that requested the service or incurred the particular charge.
6. Miscellaneous
This Agreement may not be transferred without the other party’s written approval. Contractor’s services are personal and may not be outsourced or delegated to anyone else PEO Service.
This Agreement is the parties’ full agreement and replaces all prior oral or written understandings regarding the Services.
