Accounts Administrator

Job Title Accounts Administrator
Reports To Chief Accountant

Job Purpose:

  1. We’re seeking for an Accounts Administrator to oversee our payable and receivable accounts.
  2. Auditing and reconciling accounts, sending payments to external partners, and maintaining current records of invoices and receipts are all tasks of the Accounts Administrator. You should have a background in finance or accounting and be acquainted with bookkeeping to be successful in this position.
  3. Finally, you will verify that all financial transactions are processed appropriately and on schedule.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Manage supplier, customer, and third-party vendor obligations.
  2. Make bank deposits.
  3. Adjust the financial statements.
  4. Invoices must be prepared, sent, and stored.
  5. Ensure timely payments by contact clients and issue reminders.
  6. Return tax forms.
  7. Identify and correct inconsistencies.
  8. Report accounts payable and receivable status.
  9. Update internal accounting databases and worksheets.

Qualifications:

  1. Job experience as an Accounts Administrator or an equivalent position is required.
  2. Good understanding of bookkeeping and debt collection procedures.
  3. Working knowledge of accounting software Job Description.
  4. Excel expertise is required (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
  5. Data entry skills include the ability to spot numerical errors.
  6. Good time management and organizing skills Job Description.
  7. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related subject is required.

Working Conditions:

  1. You will work from Saturday to Thursday.
  2. The regular office hour is from 9 am to 6 pm (lunch hour provided).
  3. You have to work at office.
  4. Subsidiary lunch, unlimited snacks and tea.
