Job Title: Employee Payroll Management System Manager

Job Summary:
The Employee Payroll Management System Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the employee payroll management system. This position will develop and maintain efficient processes for the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrolls. The Manager will be responsible for training and providing support to staff, providing system improvements, and performing other related duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for the payroll system.
- Train and provide support to staff to ensure the correct use of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the payroll system.
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain records and documents related to payroll processing.
- Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
- Provide system improvements and upgrades as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with payroll systems.
- Advanced knowledge of payroll systems, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software applications.
- Strong organizational, management, and customer service skills.
Hours of Work:

Overtime:
