How it works for you
Your Team Works for You. We Carry the Employment.
Employee leasing separates the work from the employment. Your managers set the tasks, targets and working hours. We hold the employment contract, pay salaries on time and keep the records the Bangladesh Labour Act expects an employer to keep.
So you can start building a team here without waiting for a company registration, and grow or reduce it without becoming an employer in a new jurisdiction.

Employee Leasing: Questions Clients Ask
Who employs the team under employee leasing?
PayrollBangladesh does. Your team members sign their employment contract with us and are paid through our payroll, and we handle the employer obligations that come with that contract. They work full-time on your business and take day-to-day direction from your managers.
Do we need a registered company in Bangladesh?
No. That is the main reason companies choose employee leasing. If you later register your own company, the team can move across to it.
Can we choose the people ourselves?
Yes. You can bring candidates you have already found, or ask us to recruit them. Recruitment is a separate service with its own quote.
How much does employee leasing cost?
We do not publish a rate on this page. The monthly fee depends on the number of employees, their salaries and the scope you need. Ask for a written proposal and you get the fee basis, what it covers and the notice terms.
What happens if we want to reduce or end the team?
Notice and final settlement follow the employment contract and the Bangladesh Labour Act. We handle the exit paperwork and the final payment, and set out the notice periods before you commit.
Can you lease foreign nationals to work in Bangladesh?
Yes, but they need a work permit before they start, and the issuing authority depends on where the employer operates. Work permit and visa processing is quoted separately and runs alongside onboarding.
Is employee leasing the same as a PEO arrangement?
The terms overlap. Under a PEO model the employment is often shared between the client and the provider. In our employee leasing service we hold the employment contracts in Bangladesh, and you direct the work.

- Agencies that supply workers must be registered. Section 3A of the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, added in 2013, bars any contracting agency from supplying workers to other organisations unless it is registered by the Government, and keeps those workers under the protection of the Labour Act. - Registration runs through the labour inspectorate. Under Rule 7 of the Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015, a contracting agency applies to the Inspector General on Form-77 for registration and a licence, and must keep a register of the organisations it supplies workers to. - Appointment documents carry more weight. The Bangladesh Labour (Amendment) Act 2026 (Act No. 43 of 2026), published on 10 April 2026, revised the definition of "worker" in section 2. Job descriptions and appointment letters should match the duties each person actually performs.
