Recitals
WHEREAS, the Provider offers virtual business address services, including mail receipt, mail forwarding, and related services; and
WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage the Provider for the use of a virtual business address and the services associated with it, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Now, Therefore, in Consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

2. Term and Renewal:
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect for a period of [Term] unless sooner terminated according to the provisions herein. This Agreement may be renew for additional terms of [Renewal Term], subject to the agreement of both parties.

5. Mail Handling:
The Provider will handle all mail according to the Client’s instructions, as detailed in Exhibit B. The Client is responsible for any postage or shipping costs associated with mail forwarding.
6. Liability and Indemnification:
The Provider is not responsible for any loss or damage to mail or packages after they have been duly forwarded or handled according to Client instructions. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the virtual business address.
7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon [Notice Period] days’ written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Provider will cease providing the virtual business address and related services, and the Client will settle any outstanding fees.
8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement and any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
